Book a free site survey. We walk your site, assess the gates, blocks, parking and night routes, and give you a written post plan with posts, shifts and headcount.
02What does facility management cover?
Building maintenance and repairs, electrical and plumbing services, fire safety and risk management, pest control and waste management, and landscaping and garden maintenance.
03Can facility management be combined with security and housekeeping?
Yes. Many clients combine services under one contract, with one supervisor and one set of records for the site.
04How is the work checked?
A supervisor runs scheduled inspections against the agreed scope, and issues are reported and followed up.
